FEATURES
KOMATSUBARA “SUN LUSTER” is the high pressure bowl used the
plastic bowl to the elastic bowl, and has many excellent features
in comparison with the conventional woolen paper bowl or the
elastic bowl with a cotton bowl.

is found because the plastic bowl need not jump when
passing seams. |

for long time rolling for the adjusting operation permits
the test run quickly or the starting operation quickly
after changing the bowls. |

“ SUN LUSTER” level pressure system
The plastic bowl which hardly fits into the opposite bowl
as against the conventional plastic bowl requires to be applied
the level pressure.
lt has been generally known that the phenomenon named “Bending”
occurs when the bowl is pressurized, and the tangent line
pressure lessens rather at central part in the width direction
of the bowl that at the both ends(Fig.1).
This phenomenon is shown in the graph in(Fig.2).
“ SUN LUSTER” level pressure system is designed
to apply more pressure to central part in the width direction
of the bowl than to the both ends(Fig.3),
and the difference of the tangent line pressure allows to
adjust easily(Fig.4).
ln addition, the tangent line pressure at the both ends and
the center of the bowl allows to adjust easily with button
operation(Figs.5and6).
The level tangent line pressure is permitted with this combination
between the tangent line pressure variation of the bow bending(Fig.2)
and the “SUN LUSTER” pressure system(Fig.7).
Also, the level pressure as aimed is permitted with the suitable
correspondences as shown in(Figs.4,5 and 6)
for the peculiarity of each bowl.
