FEEDlNG DEVICE
318mm dia, stainless steel roller coated with spe-
cial synthetic leather as a feed roller which can
either be a drive roller or a driven one by the
clutch change with ease.
You will select either mode depending on cloth
kind process. |

DAMPING MACHINE

for rubber belt, tension roller and guide roller.
rubber belt will have longer life than the conventional
case using hardchrome plated steel pipe.
With the case using hard-chrome plated steel pipe, the
rubber belt will easily be worn out when the
chrome plate is cracked. |

MODELS
- Wu-5000
The model is most widely used among our whole
range of products, suitable for varios kinds of
cloth, at a max, speed of 100m/min.
- Wu-6000
The model is incorporated with a Felt Blanket
Drying Machine adopting bigger drying cylin-
ders, most suitable for thicker cloths such as
Denim which need a bigger drying capacity, at a
max, speed of 100m/min.
- Wu-7000
The model0, as a high-speed machine, is consisting
of different units driven individually, most suit-
able for shrinkage-proof and feeling-enhance-
ment treatments, at a max, speed of 140m/min.
- Wu-8000
The model is provided with a bigger drying ca-
pacity than WU-7000, comparatively thicker
cloths in shrinkage-proof and feeling-enhance-
ment treatments, at a max, speed of 140m/min.
- Wu-3000
The model is most suitable for thinner cloths as
less than 200g/ÜF in a small lot, at a max, speed
of 50m/min.
- Wu-4000
The model, a compact type of WU-5000, is provi-
ded with steaming facility, as WU-3000 suitable
for thinner cloth, but at a max, speed of
100m/min.
